When Vik Chadha traveled to expand GlowTouch internationally, he discovered vibrant art scenes in every city—but finding them required insider knowledge. This inspired ArtistsVillage, a platform that makes local art communities accessible to both travelers and residents.

"In Manila, a taxi driver showed me incredible street art that no guidebook mentioned," Vik recalls. "In every city we opened offices, there were hidden creative communities creating amazing work. But unless you knew a local artist, you'd never find them. ArtistsVillage democratizes that discovery."

Having built global teams across multiple continents, Vik understood how to bridge local and global perspectives. His experience creating digital platforms at GE and scaling marketplace models taught him how to organize hyperlocal information for global accessibility.

ArtistsVillage applies technology to enhance rather than replace local art discovery. The platform maps creative neighborhoods, highlights emerging artists, and provides tools for authentic cultural exploration. It's like having an artist friend in every city who knows all the best spots.
